Purposes of Processing Personal Data

Within this scope, personal data may be transferred domestically and abroad to regulatory and supervisory authorities; authorized public institutions and organizations that are expressly authorized by law to request personal data; business partners, suppliers and contractor companies, payment and electronic money institutions, banks, credit risk and financial institutions, and other natural or legal persons; tax and similar consultants; persons, institutions, and organizations that are mandatory parties in legal follow-up processes; auditors; third parties from whom we receive consultancy services; and, without limitation, business partners, third-party service providers, and authorized persons and institutions for the purposes stated above.

Learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose.
Know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred domestically or abroad.
Request correction of your personal data if it has been processed incompletely or inaccurately.
Request the deletion or destruction of your personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in the relevant provisions of the Law.
Request notification of the transactions made pursuant to the above items to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred.
Object to the emergence of a result against you by means of the exclusive analysis of processed data through automated systems.
Request compensation for damages in the event that you suffer damage due to the unlawful processing of personal data.

You may submit your applications to us in writing via the "Application Request Form," using the methods specified in the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 and by the Personal Data Protection Authority, as well as any methods to be determined in the future.
