The rooms are quite spacious and there is a round bathtub in the middle of the room from which you can watch TV or watch the view from your patio covered with greenery. On the other side, you have a garden with a pool. Open plan villas, each have a large bathroom area. The king-size master bedroom is furnished with a flat-screen TV and your own bar in the middle of the living room with comfortable sofa. There are two separate outdoor spaces to relax and unwind. While the terrace in front of the beach overlooks the crystal clear ocean, you can spend sun-filled days lying on sofas in your own garden. These villas have a swimming pool, an outside shower, long sofa, DVD player, music system, espresso machine and lockbox.

The most recently renovated Villas Over the Water, offers you luxury, comfort and privacy, as well as a very high quality 4-meter pool. These villas, which have a large patio, create a spacious and peaceful area for you during the day and in the evening. There is an outdoor shower area at the back and a very romantic bathtub in your bathroom.

There are 2 docks on the island where overwater villas are located. While there are Escape overwater villas of Bodu Hithi in one of them, there are rooms defined as 'Escape over water residence', which is considered as an independent area on the other pier. These rooms are designed to be more isolated, quieter, more discreet and more private and featured. All rooms and the pool overlook the sea. All details in the rooms are impressive. You can even choose your pillow and soap from the menu. There is one staff member to serve you per 2 or 3 rooms. Escape over the water villa guests can dine in their own restaurant or watch the sunset from the pool, which is the common use of all hotel guests, from the main bar or from the wine bar on the top floor. 

These residences are the largest of the overwater villas. They give a feeling of freshness and renewal. Each residence has high ceilings, large windows and lots of light. Natural materials and colors are used. There is a separate lounge with a flat-screen TV. There are music system, DVD player, master bedroom with king-size bed, large dressing room, bathroom with bathtub for two, two separate sinks, indoor and outdoor showers. In addition, you can reach into the lagoon from the ground on a separate level with a bed with mosquito net on the terrace, sun loungers, dining area, and your own infinity pool.
